● Email/mobile phone account used to register Cube Station

● Model of old handheld device

● Photos of the purchased cube and its receipt (for users who cannot provide their Cube Station account ID)

Step 2. Wait for reply

After receiving your information, GANCUBE staffs will verify the authenticity. If everything's alright, our team will send the coupon code in reply.

Step 3. Order and upgrade
