Reward Description

① Reward include:

GANCUBE Official Teams；Players from non-GANCUBE official teams can receive up to ¥14,000 per person per year for record-breaking by using GAN cube products. Any amount exceeding this limit can be fully claimed after joining the GAN team.

② Reward conditions:

Using GAN's cube to break records in an official WCA sanctioned competition;

③ Additional reward conditions:

Players using GAN's cube to break the record, will have the opportunity to be signed into the official team, if the player is signed in, will use the upgraded version of the record-breaking term, obtaining a higher bonus in the prize pool;

④ The bonuses in the table are pre-tax amounts.

Regarding the tax rate of this bonus, all personal taxes are borne by the individual, and the amount of personal tax varies from country to country, and needs to be confirmed by the player consulting the local tax office;

⑤ If there are several players breaking a certain record consecutively in a competition time cycle, the award goes to the one who achieved the fastest result; If both world and continental records are broken at the same time, the world record will be awarded；

⑥ If multiple records are broken in the same event during a competition cycle, only the highest-prize record will be rewarded. Prizes for multiple records will not be combined (e.g., if a 3x3 Single Sub 3s/,Average Sub 4s both qualify as breaking the 3x3 average world record, only the prize for the former will be granted.).

⑦ Setting up a prize pool, unlimited number of times, each broken record can take the amount of the corresponding events, until the maximum number of the prize pool;

⑧ The record-breaking player need to send an email to the Marketing@gancube.com within 5 working days. The staff will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the bonus details and distribute the bonus;

Prize Demand

① The record-breaking player will provide his/her record-breaking high-definition video in an official WCA sanctioned competition; and WCA publicized results, and by default, agree to authorize the portrait right authorization of the record-breaking related materials of the player, and use them for the promotion of the products of the company and other channels;

② The record-breaking player will provide a video recording of himself stating that he used GANCUBE's products to break the record, and by default, the right to use the video will be permanently licensed to GANCUBE;

③ The record-breaking player shall provide the relevant video proof of using GAN's cube to break the record within 5 working days;

④ The record-breaking player should authorize GANCUBE to use all relevant materials, videos and his/her personal portrait for the promotion of products and other channels and platforms;

⑤ If a record-breaking result is canceled due to personal reasons or if the participant provides false information or violates the activity rules, GANCUBE reserves the right to reclaim any awarded prizes.

⑥ In order to ensure fair competition, the official may revise, change or supplement the rules at any time according to the actual situation. Matters that are not explained in detail or have omissions in this rule will be clarified by the official explanation or the formulation of relevant rules or management regulations.The official has the right to publish and implement any revisions, changes, supplements, clarifications or new regulations to the above rules by email, electronic announcements, paper announcements or any other appropriate means;

⑦ The official reserves the right to interpret all terms in the rules of this event and determine the penalties for misconduct.
