  2. Import duties, taxes, remote area shipping fee and other customs related charges are not included.

  4. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 15 calendar days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 30  calendar days of the order date.
  7. Due to logistics restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries or regions: Guatemala / Honduras. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
